Do Not Drink … Gamble!

If you like to have a beer from time to time, leave your cash out of the casino if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your evening bag, your wallet, and leave all cash, plastic credit and cheques at home. Take whatever money you anticipate to spend on refreshments, tipping and only the pocket change you expect to lose and leave the remainder behind.

Pessimistic? Absolutely not. Realistic more like. You may well experience a success after a drunken evening out with your friends and be blessed enough to catch a long roll at a hot craps table. Hang on to that story because it is as brief as it gets if you consistently drink alcohol and bet. The two just don’t mix.

Leaving your moola back at the hotel might be a little drastic, but defensive measures for drastic behavior is a requirement. If you wager to win, then do not consume alcohol and gamble. If you like to blow your cash nary a concern, then consume all the gratuitous beer your stomach are able to handle, but do not take charge cards and checkbooks to throw into the mix of going after losses after your hooched up brain throws away all the cash!

Allow me to take this one step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then head on the internet to bet in your best-liked internet casino either. I love to cocktail from the coziness of my home, but seeing that I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards in close proximity, I can’t drink and gamble.

Why? Despite the fact that I do not consume alcohol to excess, once I drink alcohol, it is definitely sufficient to befuddle my judgment. I wager, so I do not drink when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, don’t bet at the same time. When mixed, both create a ferocious, and costly, drink.
