Gaming supervisors look over gaming operations and employees in an assigned area. Circulating among the game tables, they see that all stations and games are manned for each shift. It also is normal for supervisors to interpret the casino’s operating principles for clients. Supervisors may also plan and organize activities for guests staying in their casino hotels.

Gaming supervisors must have leadership qualities and A1 communication skills. They need these abilities both to supervise staff efficiently and to greet gamblers in order to establish return visits.
